At CalmPaws AU, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used pet products or items damaged through normal use, misuse, or improper handling.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@calmpawsau.com with photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria (unused and in original condition), we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please first contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
